Employee doesn't have adequate literacy skills that made customers had to be burdened by their unprofesionalism in communication and service. Couriers also don't even try to call or finding the address despite the short distance from their office to my place. The employee also blamed their customer when they are the one who are not listening well. Overall it's a bad service and i will not entrust JNE handling my packages in future
