Delivery taking very looong tiiimeee Customer Service does not have responsible and no solution. Althought finally my package is arriving, i think ninja is worst courier and I never using ninja again.

It's not clear when the fake package can still be delivered? I haven't ordered anything, I know when a COD package came, I was told to pay 230k. The courier said it was a package from Lazada e-commerce. I've checked all e-commers apps, no orders, I arrived at the Lazada call center and Lazada confirmed that I didn't have an order and also the package wasn't a Lazada purchase. I refused the item, but the courier said that later he would be penalized and the rating would go down blah blah. So I'm sorry I transferred. Krn coincidentally also when I didn't come from home. I mean when I've been sent from home, I just want to complain to the sender. Eh, it turns out that the sender's data doesn't exist at all. HOW DO YOU GET A STUPID PACKAGE GET PASSED LIKE THAT??! If it's not ninjaVan's fault, at least DON'T ACCEPT THE SENDER'S IDENTITY IS FAKE! I shared on IGS this incident, it turns out that some of my friends have even gotten 2x similar posts like what I experienced.
