The service at J&T Nagasari Karawang was lousy, the canceled package had no good faith and no responsibility at all to help follow up to the j&t center, I gave it up to 30 days for my package to disappear and there was no jungle. Supposedly, if the intention is definitely assisted in tracing my package, the status of which has been cancelled. Every time he was asked, the answer was that he didn't know and was thrown around to other parties. To be honest, since 2 years ago I have stopped using this expedition because of various problems that have been repeated without any attempts at repair. Since 2 months I have been forced to use this expedition again because one of the marketplaces where I sell requires using this expedition without being able to close it. It is very regrettable that something like this happened. If there is a choice I am very reluctant to use this expedition.

Yesterday I dropped it, this afternoon it has arrived at the recipient. The service is also friendly and provides the information needed, it's just that the telephone number cannot be reached.
