I receive packages on daily basis, Evey single package i receive through sicepat always get held in Denpasar for almost a week, Last package arrived from Jakarta in 2 days , and it been in Denpasar for more than 10 days now , thats insane, I totally not recommend this shipping company, try to avoid it, any other company will be much better choice

Idk why SiCepat Bali are so bad. Every time I use this expedition service, my parcel always stuck in Denpasar sortation at least for 1-2 days, even from Denpasar to Badung it takes 6 days🤦🏻‍♀️ I don't want to use this service if it's not an emergency. Not recommended to use this expedition 👎🏻

Worst shipping company EVER!!! Claims to not have the address. Doesn't get in touch. Email address doesn't work. WA numbers don't work. Finally got contact on Instagram. Provide address to them several times before they actually "get it". Package just sits in Denpasar for well over 24h. Now it has been "on the way to the address" for over 6h and it's still not here. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON WHAT SO EVER!!!!
