This is an expedition, my package, which was very clear at the Bandar Lampung outlet, suddenly bounced to the Metro Express and instead the writing was like blaming me with the excuse 'Incomplete/wrong address. fortunately the outlet in the metro contacted me, so I thought I could ask for the responsibility, but instead the answer was being processed/rescheduled continuously FOR 4 DAYS. It's not very clear, I always fill in the same address every time I order goods, I've never been mentally like this. Until now, even my package is stuck in the metro. I have contacted the cs service, the response is not very clear. NOTED YES, DO NOT EVER CHOOSE THIS EXPEDITION, BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU WANT THE GOODS TO BE MENTALLY TO A DIFFERENT REGIONAL OUTLET.
