The courier sending the package must call first.. What if the recipient of the package is at work and can't receive the phone. It's a pity that the recipient of the package was re-sent/canceled. The courier's job is to send the package to the destination address. When it arrives at the address and no one calls, just call...SAP is not professional...lost to SICEPAT..JNE. Basically SAP is not professional.
