Place must be either closed for good or change management. 4 packages 15-20 days late after delivery due date. Today went to Bedulu office and the employee found 4 packages. The warehouse is overfilled with bags, it looks like they dont want to hire more personnel and delivery drivers. At 8 o'clock at the opening time only ONE employee. Leaving the location at the moment and still only one. Make conclusions. Gianyar office lost my package. Very bad business. Owners dont respect and dont care about customers. Beware

Very slow delivery. Parcel delivered after the due date they set by themselves. No clear answer on where the parcel is, rather than a template messages sent over n over again through WA. I hope Indo online marketplace will no longer use this company as their default shipping service!
