The item hasn't arrived yet. Just played received.. Estimated 3 days to 5 days. 2 days at the JNE Langensari agent. The fastest choice, feels REGULAR DISAPPOINTED

And worse, this is the last time I used this expedition, because in the name of I have received the package even though the package still sits nicely in the Langensari agent's office ... Very bad service. 3 Days the package is stored at the JNE Langensari office, from February 20 to today it is not sent home (even though it is weekdays) the working period is not optimal. He said if it was urgent, ask him to take it himself to his office. If I was at home I would have taken it myself, unfortunately only my grandmother was at home. Where can I take it to the office? The clerk just called and said he wanted to send it but only promised, the status of the delivery is complete even though it has not been received. When I called the officer, they didn't pick up again. Not recommended. Hopefully the service is better.
