Very bad service, this is the first time using Lion Parcel but I got an experience that didn't use sending goods from Semarang-East Kalimantan on the 1st of December stuck in the warehouse until the 19th, even though the estimate was only 9 days, you know, the package was received on the 21st/3rd week for various reasons. So for those who want to send items in a hurry, don't use Lion Parcel, it's better to use another expedition. Initially he said he could claim for delays and later the postage would be replaced but already tried submitting a claim but it was rejected he said he had to wait up to 1 month if the item was not received then he could submit a claim really disappointed !!!!!!!
