The same day package service is very inadequate. This happened because it had happened the umpteenth time. 3-4 Sept 2021 there is a same day package delivery via Paxel, but there are two big problem points, namely: 1. The courier (unknown contact name) still asks for the destination address. Asking here is not to find out the direction of the destination or to confirm the place. But really, just ask and don't read the item box. Even though the item box has clearly stated the address. 2. Couriers are not honest with customers. Around 6 pm on September 3 2021, the courier contacted to confirm the address (according to point 1). It said it would go to its destination, but until around 21.30, the courier still asked questions again according to question number 1. This shows that the courier was really unprofessional. The goods finally arrived at 13.00 the next day. When placing the goods, the courier was not polite, even though he was asked by someone at home. Then, the courier just takes a photo and completes the delivery on behalf of the recipient at random. Maybe Paxel at other locations isn't like this, but for Kranggan, please be careful because this impolite behavior shows a pretty bad quality of service. Hopefully in the future this can be a learning material for further development.
