I will say this about this business: they committed a ‘sweet and loving jihad’. While the word ‘jihad’ might give some people the chills, it actually has another beautiful and CX-appropriate meaning. This, I learned from a late senior Muslim cleric whom I knew dearly. In this sense, ‘jihad’ means going beyond expectations, exceeding someone’s expectations. This, Lion Parcel Taman Galaxy did for me. When I had trouble with my undelivered shipment, Pak Franky and his team helped me all the way, over a period of one week. Responses were always quick. They were attentive and provided the assistance, information and photo I needed to file a complaint. For their ‘sweet and loving jihad’, I was very thankful.
