This seems to be the worst service Lion Post that I know of, the system often has errors, the balance is often not available, the place is dirty, the admin staff is unclear, and the worst thing is that I was yelled at by the old Chinese gentlemen who were there, I was asked to take off my shoes and enter to the room... hi sir... the next expedition office which is cleaner & the air-conditioned room is just not like that, I hope this office closes soon & the fortune moves to another expedition post...HOPE..

dear lion parcel sub kediri. this is our first time using lion parcel services. okay I will tell you and hopefully it will be a lesson for all to be more careful in choosing expeditions (for consumers) and more trustworthy in delivering goods (for lion parcel parties). On October 7, my mother checked out the goods from the store and sent them via Lion Parcel. On the 10th of oct, the item was stated to have been received by YBS AT 18.55 by the tracking site but in fact my mother was not at home at that time and NO COURIER COME TO OUR HOUSE because I was at home. then 11 oct in the morning I contacted the cs of the lion parcel center and waited until 3x24 hours (until the 14th oct aka today) with a very normative answer and connected with a lot of cs from A si B si C D si D I don't care, I care about the goods quickly tracked in a short time. Because of such a response, I called Lion Parcel Sub Kediri with the receipt number and luckily it was immediately handled by the lady who picked up my phone and delivered the goods that my mother had expected. and it's really just delivered after I don't know how the story goes. indeed this is not an expensive product, BUT THE TRUST TO DELIVERY TO THE CONSUMER IS THE POINT. the goods belong to the consumer, not to the expedition, let alone the courier. there is already a cellphone number, can you please let me contact you so it's all good. I hope you read and evaluate.
