My package was stuck in Sicepat Gianyar office for 6 days now. Tried calling them with no response. No one pick ups the phone. Finally after 9 days, a delivery man called to say he is delivering the package today. Later he called again to say that he cannot come today because my address is not in his delivery route. I told him that my package is already passed the delivery date and that is unacceptable. And to my surprise, the delivery man appeared at my doorstep within 5 mins of the call! So he was actually nearby but did not feel like delivering my package? That is quite odd. I think its better to avoid this courier company when you purchase online.

I will never use their services again! everything comes to the Ginyar quickly, but stuck in the ginyar for a week. I came to the office myself on a working day, and they were closed. I went to their other office, which worked, and only the next day after I argued with them, they delivered the package to me. I ordered through them again, hoping that it was a mistake, but no ... the situation repeated…

Worst courier ever. The system shows that my package has been in Gianyar, but it has been taking days for not delivery to my house. I suggest this courier name should change to "Si Lemot" instead of "SiCepat"

Had to pick up my own package. Taking days/weeks to leave from the Gianyar warehouse to your door. There are packages everywhere on the floor, and they said only one delivery driver.
