Very very very DISAPPOINTING ... since my package switched to JNT sigma it is always slow to deliver, it always says the package is being held because it has passed operational hours and has not been delivered for 3 days either. This is not the first time, even when I was told by the high school courier to pick it up myself at the office, he said there was no delivery to my address, even though it was usually delivered to the front of the house. So for us to pay expensive postage if asked to pick it up ourselves at the office. Then the service at the office was very disappointing, the time was slow to arrive, the one who asked for the package receipt first, then the employees didn't smile at all. Even though when my package was at JNT Vetran, the delivery was very fast and the courier was also very friendly, the service at the office was good. My package was never like this when I was at JNT Vetran, it took up to 3 days to be delivered to the destination address even though my package was already in the office
