The package arrived in Semarang the middle of the date. 06\10\2022 at 12.51 WIB, the distance from the Sicepat office to the destination address is not 5 minutes. why wasn't it sent, until we searched on google the address, and there was a description of the opening hours until 22.00wib, we were forced to come and pick up the item it was still at 20.00 it said it was closed, it said pick up until 19.00 only, we were the first customers and in the end DISAPPOINTED with unfriendly service also when explaining, the reason it was not delivered was RAIN. even though on that day it rained at 15.30 wib. then since 12:51 what have you been doing??? It's not clear, the courier is negligent, the package isn't delivered until after a day even though it has already chosen the BEST, the recipient picks it up himself at MH Thamrin. A small amount of postage will not be reversed. Big zero responsibility
