Mixed review between disappointed and satisfied. Disappointed because the courier didn't give my package to anyone in my house, even though there is obviously someone in my house! So they brought back my package to here (TIKI main office) and I have to pick that up. Such a waste of time and money! Fortunately, I satisfied because the staffs were so friendly and the direction was clear. Just show your identity card to take the package. But I suggest you not to deliver your package with TIKI if you don't want to have a mess like this!
