Very bad service. Send a pack of 13 pcs. Wrong 1pc receipt instead of saying just shut up. When asked the next day the package was placed anywhere. Even though if it's friendly, I will pick up 400 packages/month here. but there is no service so lazy, just move. I'm really sorry for the courier and good admin, messed up with 1 admin who doesn't have an attitude. CHANGE THE EMPLOYEES, THE ADMINS WITH WHITE FACES.

J&T Panumbangan now the service is chaotic, 3 days or even more in Panumbangan the package doesn't arrive. The package used to arrive in the morning to Panumbangan, in the afternoon it arrived home. The COD money is mostly rounded up, 16,200 should be 16,500 instead of 17,000. Customers also often complain because the old package arrives when using J&T Panumbangan, the courier is also not friendly. Please fix the system and employees.
