It's been 3 times my COD package in the Tondo area hasn't been delivered, even though the package has arrived for 1 week, still waiting for it to arrive "check the status on s***ee the item was returned without any confirmation with the status "rejected the package?". The second time, I asked a friend for help. I went to the J&T office to pick up the package because the package still wasn't delivered, and I was shocked to have to queue from 1 to 4 o'clock in the long queue. 😁 Everyone who works can't just get permission to leave to wait for hours for packages, so maybe J&T Tondo can prioritize employee rules and good service. Isn't that the catchphrase. If you don't feel ready for employee rules, let's give someone else a way to work instead. Maybe you can give an example of how J&T Jogja employees are. There our customers are happy with the courier. In the morning, the courier called at 7-8 and asked if he was at home at what time? If he was told that he would be delivered at that time, if it turned out that it was not there at that time, we were asked what time we could be delivered? It's just as delicious. If the courier calls Qadarullah and doesn't pick up, we've been wated since morning and asked when he'd be at home to be delivered 😊

The package was not received but it was written as received, once or twice forgiven but this has happened many times. The delivery time has been long, the package was received by the courier himself without direct confirmation to the actual recipient. REGRET USING J&T!!!!!!!!
