The customer service is actually good, fast and the goods are safe so I always give 5 stars. I always send goods directly to J&T's address because my workplace is close to there, instead of sending them to my home address, the experience of sending them to my home address is that the courier always asks for my home location Even though I use J&T too, and it's quite annoying when I'm at work, so I'd better send it to J&T's address, so it doesn't bother the courier. But very impolite courier from J&T Villa Mutiara. Prohibited me from sending more items to the j&t address, even though I have never kept my items long, a day late at most. Very disappointed to be insinuated like that when many people too. It's only natural that I give one star even though it fits just 0 stars
