Of all the J&T in Semarang, only this j&t near Graha Wahid has the worst service!!! The operator is very curt and doesn't seem to have any intention of working in the service department. Not just 1 or 2 times but for years sometimes sending here, but the service is still bad & unfriendly. Send a shopee package at 3 pm, until 6 is not input 2. I'm tired ️☹️ even though you can input it right away, but it's been a long time, subhanallah. Later when he arrived he said it had been inputted, the system was old. At other J&T it's never been that long.
