If the company offers express options, you must be prepared for the consequences if the package has not reached its destination Don't just charge express prices, but the goods don't arrive Do you want to compensate the recipient's disappointment....??? What does this mean? I checked via jne tracking the status of the shipment has been received by the person concerned, while the recipient is not at home, and no one at home feels that they have received the package. I regret choosing JNE to send the package cm because it's closer to home, I don't believe in this expedition anymore to send packages to Pangkalan Kerinci.. Additional review: apparently you have to pick up the package yourself ️ it's better to use a courier who has a 15hours jargon, even though the cost is the same

After so many years in Pangkalan Kerinci, good service. Every time there is a package, always wa first, and if there is no one or don't know the place, the courier asks via wa. But now several times, I don't know the place but I didn't contact via wa. Well, I checked the package and it was returned to Pekanbaru, with the excuse that no one was home and there was no response, even though we as a family were at home when the time was written on the status and wa or phone no one enters. Called, he said he would deliver tomorrow, waited all day, apparently no hope came or news.
