Less than optimal in performance.. the pickup service is not good, you can do a minimum of 5 packages, unlike the next expedition which is really maximum... so that 1 package is still picked up, I have been disappointed 3 times with the courier service, yesterday December 6, 2021, promise Can you pick up my order, which from last night hoping it can be picked up in the afternoon or evening, it turned out to be just an appointment,, I waited until 10 pm..no news, the call was not picked up...astaghfirullah,, I don't blame anyone..Maybe the system should be fixed operational...for the CS counter, the service is good and friendly and the service is fast, that's all, sis, hopefully it will be better in the future..

I won't be sending packages here again. The admin posted the receipt wrong!! The package to Jakarta has been cooked for 10 days and still hasn't arrived?? Wa they don't reply in chat! VERY BAD experience!!!!!!!!!!!
