If you are considering to use TIKI, dont ! Very poor service ! Poor customer service ! Their system barely works , online tracker is useless ! My very important document is late and I lost big money because of it . I was updated the wrong arrival by the staff who later said never gave me that information. Didn't give me any solution to the problem . Can not give me a reassurance as to when can I get my documents . Once again, dont even consider them .
