I recently ordered an item *In fact, the reason for the buyer's courier was not at the place of the first delivery (if that day I understand because it was a rainy day where I was flooded) * the second day of delivery is a sunny day so I can do the delivery, in fact the reason is that the cellphone number can't be contacted (even though I ordered my item, my number is safe). Then I contacted J&T Express about my package, they said they can still help, I'll wait for news tomorrow, but they have already been driven from Padang to Jakarta. What I'm surprised about is that the distance from the j&t office is 3.6 km via banana. 10 minutes of delivery, the address is complete (street, village, sub-district, RT RW, house number), just the courier (the reason doesn't know the address) the order failed, just called, when delivery was not called.
