Very disappointed with this service, even though the package is urgent, I want to use it the next day, even though it's set at 12 noon until it arrives at the Ciledug drop points, until late at night KGA is sent too, even though on SAMEDAY it is sent from Cikarang on the 13th at 1 pm, estimated receipt at 1 pm 9 pm, until the 14th at 10 pm, still not received it, I'm really disappointed that I don't want to use this service anymore.
