Bad service... Packages for my sister to Magetan, haven't arrived after 8 days... Even though the food ingredients, and already paid for express delivery, were asked why, the answer was because the receipt was dislodged on the road, all the food inside is definitely rotten :( :( please maintaining consumer trust, who knows the goods sent are very urgent, and are very much needed at their destination

J&T EXPRESS KESAMBEN . Freight forwarding that can always be relied on. Even though it is more expensive than the next expedition, the service is always satisfying. Starting from customer service, websites that make it easy when checking receipts, and professional employees. But unfortunately, for the J&T branch office the kesamben on the front is not well maintained, there is a lot of moss on the walls, even though the other J&T offices are clean and organized.
