I ordered items online. I checked in the application, the goods were sent from Bogor quickly to Subang. But strangely, the goods were even stuck in the earring for up to five days not being sent home. Even though the position of my house is in the city of Subang. If you wait at least 15 minutes to arrive. I checked on the application the writing is still in the warehouse. Finally, I just followed it to the warehouse. Luckily the stuff is there. There is no explanation why the goods were not sent and there is no apology either. Please improve performance in the future. Sorry for this time I give one star first

Several times when ordering via JnT it's always like this. From the information at 6:40 the package is being delivered to the house but until 23:00 the package has not arrived, even though the goods want to be used the next day. This has happened 3 times to me

J&T please give the employees a cell phone 🤣🤣, so if you are delivering packages, you can call the intended address. Usually, there's a telephone number, so don't just give people away and keep getting lost at the address
