Worst courier service I've ever experienced. Receipt with the original reason written. Structured fraud. I never choose SAP to send my package. In shopee it says JNE, the receipt was sent by SAP. Sort of framed. The courier on behalf of Ahnas Syifauddin never contacted me, my package never arrived.

I've been waiting for a NPWP card from the tax office that was supposed to be sent to my house for almost 2 weeks and it hasn't arrived... After that I went to his office to pick up the card. Eh, I know it hasn't been sent yet... For the service from the customer service, it's really good, friendly and smiling. But I'm a bit disappointed because the delivery system is not good.
