In the application, the item has been confirmed that the courier has brought it to the destination address.. However, after 3 hours of waiting without news, my courier confirmed that instead he said the package was not brought or it was in DC (planned to be sent tomorrow). If it is sent tomorrow, why is there a notification in the tracking that the courier has taken it to the destination address? Confirmation to DC is polite, but the impression is thrown here and there.. Emotions are natural..!!! I understand the SOP but if it can be made easier, why throw it around and tend to be complicated?? Even so, he said that it was rude to pick up the goods. Wes, it's better to move to another expedition or to another DC, don't come here.. The closing hours are not clear..
