Please immediately follow up on the problem with my package being hoarded by J&T, until now I have made a report but no response has provided a solution. In my system, I checked that the package was stockpiled from October 25 to October 27 at the Cikajang branch then on October 28 J&T manipulated the data in the system so that the package information was received even though the package had not been delivered to the destination address. I have tried many times to contact J&T Cikajang or West Java but there is no response. Please be in good faith to return my package immediately. Thank you
