Sorry in advance, I want to know the number I can call to complain to jnt base kerinci.. the customer service number.. Is there any? Why is jnt base kerinci service very, very bad? Starting from Cs / Fo in front who received the package to the courier.. why is that? No one is friendly!! It's hard to smile and every time I line up for my package to my house it's always jutek and even we who always contact the courier and even then it's hard to pick up the phone and reply to wa.. Every time I send a package via JNT, the Kerinci base is always late in arriving at the customer's house, even though the package has arrived 2 days ago but it's not in line!!! What's the problem? Because the package is crowded? Is it because the courier calm is lacking? Less members? If you don't have enough members, you should add more or find a solution that doesn't harm the customer!! Because not all items are glassware, there is also food, so please be professional and friendly!! Hopefully my aspirations reach the owner of jnt base kerinci and can be an improvement for jnt base kerinci pelalwan in the future!! Please don't hire people who don't love work. Hire people who really love their work and work from the heart and look for people who really need the job. This criticism is solely for the progress of JNT Pangkalan Kerinci in the future, not to explain or undermine but we are talking based on facts!! thx..

Very bad service, the COURIER especially did not respond to chat for 4 days. I don't know where to take my package and where to pick it up. Even the OFFICE NUMBER JNT PKL KERINCI NEVER WANT TO PICK UP THE PHONE to complain. A message to the owner if recruiting employees are selected properly, if those who can't afford it, don't get hired instead of the customer, give up and stop using JNT just because the COURIER is unclear and irresponsible. The COURIER just picked up my phone once and said "MY PACKAGES ARE MANY, NOT ONLY BROTHER PACKAGES THAT I MANAGE". Henceforth, the COURIER never wants to pick up the phone and reply to WA. My package arrived 3 days ago and until the 4th day since the goods arrived there was no response from the courier for the package to be delivered or where to take it. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH JNT AND WILL NEVER WANT TO USE JNT AGAIN!!!!! GARBAGE COURIER!!!!!!
