PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk. (SAP Express) was founded on September 9, 2014 by Budiyanto Darmastono. Since it was first established, SAP Express has implemented an Android-based operating system in its business. This innovation has finally put SAP Express as the pioneer of Android-based shipping service companies in Indonesia. Big cities such as Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Solo and Makassar have become the company's initial attention in the construction of branch offices along with its extensive network to remote villages in the archipelago. The development of SAP Express branches continued until March 2015, the number of branches increased to 40 branches and the expansion of outlets to 200 points in the territory of Indonesia. PT Satria Antara Prima Tbk. (SAP Express) has successfully listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Wednesday, October 3, 2018. The issuer with the SAPX code previously set an Initial Public Offering (IPO) price of IDR 250 per share. The number of shares offered to the public reached 433,333,300 shares, equivalent to 52% of the issued and fully paid-up capital after the IPO. Since the beginning, all SAP Express branches and service points have also been connected and integrated into one online system to facilitate work processes. In terms of document and package management, SAP Express implements strict service quality control, therefore all branch operations are now deliberately managed by SAP Express - not by agents - to facilitate the implementation of standards and controls. To expand the network and get closer to customers, SAP Express opens opportunities for potential partners to open retail counters with promising commissions. Potential partners can also concurrently have a SAP Express retail counter with other services or businesses.
