In the past, J&T couriers were friendly, polite & ethical in good delivery! Now I'm changing the courier who sent it to my house, it's really ridiculous..!! First, send the package, put it in the neighbor's locked gate, then chat WA, say the package is in the gate. I saw the photo, it turns out it's not my house. he pointed at my neighbor's house, I spontaneously replied that it wasn't my house. He went down to pick up the neighbor's broom, I was very disappointed. I should have called/wa first if I didn't know, even though the address was very clear & at that time I was deliberately waiting for the package to arrive so the cellphone was online all the time ..!! Second, put the package on the shoe & sandal rack,, duh.. the turn of the package has been paid for as long as you put it, if COD wants to knock on the door.. third, the package has already traveled to the location of the house, eh there is a notification that the wrong package was sent??? We don't know what that means, what's clear is that since this morning we've all been at home waiting for the package to arrive..!! The courier in the chat wa doesn't read, doesn't reply either..!!
