I'm expecting my package to be delivered today after 1st attempt was failed due to Unknown reasons. So this morning I got the notification if my package being send at 08.28 AM but until this email send there is nothing comes. If the tracking information was correct, it shouldn't took more than 48 hours sending my package. But what I got is like empty promises. I think you should do corrections on your courier and I mean totally. For the supporting documents I attached the information that you may needed. Edited: on the 4th attempt my package has arrived and the reason it's not undelivered was he's too lazy to go to 2nd floor instead of delivering it. Shame on Jnt Service
