The service is suck. They won't deliver your package to your house. If you want your package, you are required to take it in their office by yourself or else it will remain there forever.

Very bad service. Happened twice, packages not received at home, but notification said otherwise. Without any call and confirmation. Very lazy and irresponsible. Most of the other times, I have to take the packages by myself.
