I've been using a delivery service for ages, this is the only time in this city where the service "really tests your patience and sanity" If the reason is because of the peak season and the goods are still in the warehouse, it would be nice if the delivery status in the application still says "the package is still in the warehouse" there is no need to update it to "the package is being brought by the courier to your location." I personally became worried because of the tracking time, the status of the package was delivered by courier for 4 days but it didn't arrive at home.. The courier didn't have any news via sms, wa or phone. To be honest, we as customers must be worried, especially if the item is an important item and the nominal is not cheap. That's why don't be angry if there are customers who end up visiting the branch office while getting emotional. On the other hand, we also feel disadvantaged if we have paid for the fastest (more expensive) shipping package but the delivery actually exceeds the estimated time. If we know that, we will definitely choose a standard/saving package that takes a long time to deliver. Not to mention if it happened like this, we had to pick it up to the office/warehouse. We have paid for door to door delivery service, but in fact it is door to port. If you don't want to be a courier, you don't have to work as a courier. The status of the package was rejected by the recipient, I automatically went to the office the next morning, and they said that in their system, if it says so, the item is in the warehouse. For years, I have used the new JNT expedition here, which is like this. So they told me to come back in the afternoon or evening, but I didn't want to, I told you I could take a motorcycle taxi, if the PP took a motorcycle taxi it was 30 thousand, if I went back and forth it would be 60 thousand. They said, my luggage was buried with the goods that had just arrived, they had no initiative there to look for the goods, and they said the courier was not in the office. If so, for example, the courier doesn't come in for 1 week, so the item can't be found by someone else?. Finally I asked for the courier number, but the courier was contacted, there was no response, the chat was sent but didn't pick up the phone.. I'll be waiting until tomorrow, if it's not delivered, it's my own fault. .

If you need it, please ask for a star.. tape the depe package saying "it's being brought by a courier" mar so it took days and wait, it wasn't there until finally qt re-checked the package so re-bale without confirmation without phoning p qt.. it seems like it must be done so that couriers are more diligent in delivering packages :)
