I've been waiting for my package for a long time to arrive” instead it was processed for a return. IF YOU DON'T INTEND TO BE A DELIVERY SERVICE, PLEASE CLOSE THAN TRYING!!! Not very good!

The address for sending the package is clear, there is the name of the building, the name of the place, there is also a cellphone number, and even clear instructions have been given. But the delivery person was to another building with a different location, even though it was from the same agency and there was no confirmation at all. Going around looking for a package for 2 hours and still haven't found it. Use another delivery service, the goods arrive safely in your hands. Other services there is always communication. This is 3x out of the 4 times I have used this delivery service, all of which have gone wrong, only one time it has gone wrong. Really need to be improved again

Packages in Tokopedia are often lost when using this courier. Should have changed the name... Not Antraja. But it's more accurate to throw it away...

For the city of Semarang, I think this is the only place that is magnificent, comfortable, the best among fellow expedition service companies, with very good service, postage that doesn't hurt the wallet and of course the location is right in the heart of Semarang so it's easy to reach.
