LION PARCEL delivery service is very unsatisfactory. My package has been in the warehouse for 4 days and after I checked it was still stored and had not been sent to my house. Even though the distance between the warehouse and my house is only about 10 minutes or about 4 km at most. Does it take days just to send goods that are not this close????????????? Very bad service and I swear I will never use this service again. My delivery of this item is from Central Java and it takes more than 10 days to arrive at the Padang warehouse.
