When I checked the courier's name, it turned out that his name was "SUBHAN", not as good as his name which is subhanallah but astaghfirullah the courier person. Order a women's helmet at shopee and take the fast delivery service, this is my first experience using sicepat. Previously, I always used J&T and never disappointed. Coincidentally, I received this package earlier. When I received this package, not only the courier came but there was the person he brought seemed to be a thug in front of the mall. The courier who was holding the package. When he received the item he took a photo and the two of them left but not even a minute later he came back and asked for money. I was surprised because my sister had already paid for this package. I asked what to pay, he even said he paid Rp. 10,000 for lifting services and I immediately said if you want to be paid, just wait for the person who ordered to come first because the person is out for a while. Even though all he brought was a helmet but asked for a lift fee. When my sister came, he was very annoyed because the courier called to inform the goods had arrived and told consumers to take the goods out of the mall themselves because the courier did not want to enter the mall. Then I immediately traced the courier number and I found the courier name was SUBHAN. Employees like this will destroy the rating and quality of the company and consumers will switch to other places. So that the price is high but the quality is also high. It's useless for the low price but no quality. I think if Mr. Subhan's work is always like this, it means he has made a lot of profit when delivering packages consumers, it could be that all consumers are treated like this by him. Don't let it be because of the employee's fault that the company will go bankrupt because consumers will switch to the best service. If Mr. Subhan was just like this this time, according to the analysis that I saw for myself, it is impossible. He has often asked consumers for money for his own benefit because if he was like this for the first time, he must have had some fear and doubt in his attitude. But he was very confident. For a dishonest courier like this I will never give a tip even if it's only 1 rupiah. Tipping is only given to the best service. Already working lazy, working half-time, asking for more bribes. That's not far from corruption.
