The package that was sent took a while to arrive, from the 20-24 the status was still in delivery to the destination city. But after I contacted Customer Service, on the 25th at 14.00 I checked, the status was updated to "in the process of shipping to the destination city", then at 18.30 the package arrived at the destination address. With an affordable price, I think the service is pretty good. But it needs to be improved again for Wahana branches outside Java.
