The only one Hub in Batam. Personally prefer this logistic company. Very helpful and friendly staff. The duration of outbound expedition is quite standard, can be considered as same as the competitors. Just one gentle feedback to be improved, which is be more gentle and careful when sorting packages with fragile label. Overall it is okay.

Very bad service. I had my item delivered since 1 February and still haven't received it until today which is 7 February. I don't know what happened with the courier because since 5 February my package is running back and forth with them (they have it and they take it back, on and on) until the status was returned and was on hold. If it's not for the shop where I purchased the item used this delivery services, I wouldn't know if there is anyone in this world willingly used this service. They should consider to change their name. SERIOUSLY!!!!
