Beautiful resort, staff service was superb. Have some interesting beach activities worth a try and the food during BBQ dinner was excellent. Only thing that annoyed us was the shower room water pressure super low and volume was small. Took long time to wash my hair. The body shampoo also diluted, best is bring your own toiletries. Thanks a lot to Ryan for his wonderful service and hospitality. We have very good fun time there.

All the staff there are very friendly. Our ATV and trekking guides were both attentive and experienced. The room and common facilities were clean. Very peaceful getaway as this is a small resort compared to other mega resorts. Most food dishes we ordered were to our liking. We ordered local dishes, can’t comment on the western selections. Food pricing is naturally higher than that in Batam centre area but still of reasonable range. Coffee is average, tea is good. Check in and check out procedures were simple. I highly recommend to get their land transfer to and fro the jetty as the jetty is far from Batam centre. Limited taxi and ride hailing app options.

Was there 3D2N. Amazing resort, great escape from the hectic city. Just quality family time at the beach and the resort. No TV, but in exchange u get the beach, the volleyball, the kayaking the mangrove. The ATV trails were awesome, mud splashing and all... Villas with sea view, clean comfy beds, attentive and polite staff. Not your typical 5 star luxe hotel in the city. But an awesome over water glamping experience.

Excellent service from the warm & friendly staff. Clean & comfortable glamping in beautiful, peaceful, rustic natural surroundings. Sea sports, island tour (by boat, to watch sea turtles, visit village to buy fresh fish, etc.) and ATV trails also available if you're feeling more adventurous (note it's not flat ground, but hilly terrain). Do stop by the Sea Pantry for a beer or two; you can also arrange to hv your meals delivered there too if you're feeling bored eating at your tent after a while..

kiki beach resort is the first resort at batam that carries the concept of glamping in the middle of the sea, I really enjoy staying at kiki beach resort, the rooms are nice and clean, service is amazing the staff treat me us family, breakfast is delicious and at the night we do bbq in front of the room, we also playing ATV in the middle of the forest, which makes me amazed that the forest is still beautiful, thank you kiki beach resort I will come back again
