10 days since shipment, my package doesn't move a milimeters from their warehouse. Can't even contact the customer service, always on hold everytime. Company website looks like it's being build when Windows98 is still around. Please think 999 times before using their services. If there's an option to put my mail on the back of a turtle and let them walk randombly accross the earth, i'll choose that. Because at least i know, in some 100 years my package would arrive. But First Logistic? Nah.. Your package would lost.
