Very disappointed in the package from the 1st of May, the position at stts j&t loa janan ilir there are 2 of our packages that are on hold. Chat j&t loa janan HB slow response, reply the next day just said the item is in front of MR DIY loa janan ilir without letting me know the operating hours at loa janan Unfortunately, it turned out that it was until 3 pm when my husband took it to the snack shop, Ilir at 7 pm, it closed because it closed at 3 pm. My husband went to J&T HB to confirm the operational schedule. Then I complained to the J&T Central Jkt 2 times, they responded and followed up with the J&T concerned. 2 days later, J&T Loa Janan Ilir on Saturday started contacting me but told me to pick up the package myself on the grounds that there was no courier and not the route. Disappointed why we had to who mess around with n take the brngny self. So we gave up on Sunday express grab orders with a note that on Saturday I warned you to give me a memo. The 2 items were taken by Sunday grab. Sunday I ordered a grab, but what Grab brought was only 1, there should be 2 of them. I complained to J&T why only 1 was given, then the answer was that the other one didn't say anything, so I got emotional in a high tone without the word "dirty, I'm still patient... finally it's there.. one brand there and I told you to prepare the package so that the go-jek driver didn't take too long. Even though I use regular jnt. Jera already I will not use it again. My advice if there is a problem in the package, communicate it well to the customer. At least there is an answer. We keep calling them spam, disrupting the courier's work.
