Dari tanggal 12 Juni paket sudah tiba di Kutacane tapi kenapa sampe hari ini tanggal 16 Juni belom sampe juga ya? Keterangan di resi dicantumkan percobaan pengiriman gagal sudah 3 kali dan sudah konfirmasi ke customer padahal saya tidak ada dikonfirmasi sama sekali. Di paket kan tertulia jelas alamat dan nomor hp, apa salah nya aih kurir telpon nmr pelanggan? Js utk apa gunanya cantumin no hp kalau nelpin aja susah dan paket ntah kapan sampainya. Lama2 males blanja di shopee klo pake ekapedisi ini. Maaf yaa, bukan aaya gak menghargai pekerjaan kurir tapi ini sudah kelewatan leletnta. Dan ditelpon malah gak bisa
