Pengiriman JNT sekarang lama, padahal tatus sudah smpai tembilahan dan status perjalanannya Paket sedang dibawa kurir menunju lokasi anda, tapi ditunggu smpai sore tidak smpai smpai, biasa jam 2 an sampai, terus smpai jam 6 status berubah menjadi percobaan pengiriman Paket gagal..... Okee masih ditunggu besok jam 10han status nya berubah lagi paket sedng dibwaa menuju lokasi, ditunggu smpai sore masih belum belum DTG jugaa, padahal hari sebelumnya ada 3 paket yg dikrim tak diantar, esoknya jadi nambah lagi 5 Paket akhirnya kalau ditunda² terus ngntar nya pakest daya jadi numpuk, padahal kalau diantar duluan Paket yg sebelumnya Otomatis uang modal saya teputar lah, Krena saya olshop tapi JNT skrg menunda bunda ngntar Paket saya, dan akhir nya numpuk, mana kurir nya ganti², saya hubungi beberapa kurir jnt, tapi tidak ada respon. Saya mohon lain kali Tolong tepat waktu, jika tidak bisa ngntar pada hri itu telpon saja, lebih baik saya pakai Kurir pribadi untuk ngambil Paket ke JNT itu, dari pada kek gini tak diantar².

Please, before hiring a courier, first check if the courier is friendly or not, ready for fast response, not for cust. This courier chat does not want to reply deliberately silenced. Not friendly, no explanation about the package. 2 days just taking care of the package because of the courier. If you want to be a courier, your job is to serve as it should, deliver packages instead of holding back and as long as you return people's goods :(

This December service is terrible. The telephone cannot be contacted, comes to a full place, service is slow, if you are sensible. Already 3 times my item was not delivered and took it directly to the crowded jnt place, and had to queue for a long time. Even though you can see that there are many employees who wear uniforms, but they don't seem to be coordinated to find items or take them home. Please improve the quality of employees and their performance again, thank you.
