My package is 4 days at the JNT office, is it not lost?. Why is it so slow to deliver? Even though before the old courier stops, it must be on time to deliver. Go downstairs, take your own package, queue, it's hot and there's no place to sit. Please improve.

Several times the package was picked up by myself because 3-4 days had not been sent home... Now it's happening again, my package has not yet been delivered to home... Maybe the courier isn't there or is it intentionally so that we pick it up ourselves and reduce office operational costs, right??? We have paid for delivery to home... If our package is picked up by ourselves, we will cut the shipping cost... Please take action on the #jnt center, even my package was damaged 2 times in the cutter...
