My package has arrived since October 25, 2022, the status is being delivered until the 27th, then I check again the status has changed to failed delivery because the package was rejected by the customer even though I was never contacted and there was no courier who delivered the package to my t4. Very disappointing.

My item was tracked on Tuesday, Wednesday was the delivery process by the courier, suddenly it wasn't delivered and the status item returned to the warehouse, it happened again the next day, suddenly the tracking item was received, 😂 even though my house and I haven't received any item from jnt, your performance is amazing 😂😂😂😂 many people protest but absolutely do not want to improve your performance.

My package has been in for days but not delivered..the courier has sent it but just read it and it wasn't delivered until it's been 1 week my package hasn't been delivered.. Couriers are lazy to deliver COD items, poor performance
