The first incident, in September 2022, sent goods via J&T Express to this branch office, the goods had not been delivered for a week, calls or messages were not responded to, when I looked for the office it turned out that the goods were still being unloaded at the warehouse. Okay it's fine. The second incident, in October 2022, the delivery status was again delivered to the house, waited all day it didn't arrive, but that night the status changed to "buyer refused to receive the package". Now, this is where it starts to get annoying. Plus, when I went to the office the next day to claim the goods, they said the goods had been sent back to the store, with the easy answer "Just order the goods again!". Incidents like this are not only a loss for me, but also a loss for the shop. Want cost, want time. It's clearly unprofessional here. The third incident, in November 2022, it turned out that my sister at home also ordered goods, the same thing happened as the second incident. The package has been waiting for more than a week to be delivered. After checking at the office he said the package had been delivered but no one. Even though there are lots of people at home, every day there are people. So the reasons don't make any sense. So if you want to give a rating, I'm sorry the delivery time is taking too long, if there are problems with the management, please find a solution, don't sacrifice the customer. Customer service is also too bad, there is never a response to calls or messages, coming directly is also not served well. Couriers are the same way, unilaterally canceling orders or claiming that the goods were rejected by the buyer or the buyer is not present, this is fraud. Why don't you call first, because every package sent always includes the recipient's telephone number. In essence, why not try to find a solution that can help customers? You are a freight forwarder. Which is very dependent on customer satisfaction. But thankfully in Kupang City there are still other delivery services.

Then my 4 newest packages suddenly had their status returned to the sender (Return) with the reason that my phone number as the recipient did not match. Even though the phone number is the same number when the courier delivered the package before. Are you lazy to deliver or what? Your reasons for returning my package are far-fetched!!! I am very disappointed, especially since this is the umpteenth time I have had the same problem.
