Sorry, rating 1 is really right for JNT, especially JNT Talang Jambe. The package has arrived in Palembang from September 7th. However, it has been passed around on the grounds of miss-route and has been detained by JNT repeatedly. I complained repeatedly and gave the option to pick up myself. Then the cs of JNT Palembang gave the contact number for JNT talang jambe 081368168380 saying that my package was at JNT talang jambe. However, when I called the father with the number above from JNT Talang Jambe, he said the package was returned to the warehouse because it was not covered by the area between them. Even though it's clear that my house is close to the JNT, it's ONLY 2km. Duh, please.... JNT party if you are lazy to call the customer to ask for an address that is difficult to find, at least place a COMPETENT and RESPONSIVE person to hold the JNT contact talang jambe. The above contact clearly does not meet the criteria. Very disappointed with JNT PALEMBANG. Poor coordination between teams.
